The best part of this training was the

contents were organised and easy to follow.
The instructions given by HR's were clear

and understandable.
Most importantly training was relevnt to my

needs and the knoot applicablewledge thus

In this regard what all I can say is I'll

keep in mind the tips given by the HRs

during the training
 I'll correct all my mistakes commited

during the trainin period...I'll work

further on the fields introduced to me by

the HRs ...
And thus I'll improve my skills in this

What did you like most about this training ?
ans:-Frankly speaking,this training gave me absolutely different experience.We all work on social medias,on linkedin,facebook,twitter,etc.but how efficiently these
could be utilised i learnet during my training.I learened about link building,how it could be utilised,the optmization of all marketing resources including social media
and digital marketing to gain the required targets.The ways how we promote ourself to bring the best for the people.Being a trainee at Aerosoft itself is a experience for lifetime.I wrote blogs which i never did before,and i loved doing this,though it was all the support of our HR's  and Captain Shekhar Gupta,CEO of AeroSoft Corp who supported guided and motivated us throughout the training.I am thankfull to all for making the training so interesting that I loved doing it whole day.The training altogether was great,speaking about only one thing would be unfair on others part,so i liked everything in my training.
What did not like about this training ?
ans:-I really didn't feel anything as such which i didn't like.I found it very interesting and resourcefull so i have nothing to say in this.
What aspects of the training could be improved ?
ans:-The training was completely planned and Scheduled all minute details required were already with us so one would hardly feel any difficulty while doing the
training.Still trainees like me get struck and thanks to all HR's i received their help always whenever required.So, scope of improvent is required when there are some faults,and i didn't find anything as such.
How do you hope to change your practice as a result of this training ?
ans:-I learnet many new terminologies,techniques and ways to promote the blogs as well as the techniques to place yourself differently infront of others.The Training taught me the actual knowledge abot the ways how a small blog plays important role for finding a good marketplace for the Company.
The use of techniques like Digital Marketing to place oneself in the competitve world.My view towards how simple blog can be utilised to optimise a site or how it can be utilised by technique of link building to connect the entire system all together.I learent about Link Building which itself is so big that it connects entire system from tip to root.I especially learenet how to draw the attention of the the viewer towads your blog by providing them with all those information all together which
they might be searching on other sources.Inorder to be resourcefull we need true content, good picture quality,and  all relevent information abot the topic.

The part of the training that I like the most about the training was that I got an oppurtunity to work with such a wonderful team, full of dedication and the same time as friendly.
 Our HR's helped us all this way to complete this training efficiently without any problem or difficulty. And  yes working first time for a company in this way is always wonderful

What did not like about this training ? [ 100 - 500 Words ]
The only thing and part that i did not like about the training was that it was online, was it an onsite training it would have been much more useful and would make the role and
objectives clear to the trainees.

What aspects of the training could be improved ?  [ 100 - 500 Words ]
The online training could be transformed into onsite training, which will give both the trainers and the trainees a better environment of interaction along with the clarification on the role
the tranee has to play when he/she joins hte company. And while online training is going on telephone aassistance could be introduced so that trainees can callup to understand their work
and problems for it is not that easy on chats. Next option that could be considered is that a trainer from the company could be sent to train trainees in a geographical region that will
also fscilitate the smooth process of the training

How do you hope to change your practice as a result of this training ? [ 100 - 500 Words ]
As a result of this training I will try to improve my communication skills in every aspect which helps a blogger. Try to keep eye on market stats and economics analysis which helps a
company to grow better.

Ans.
From day1,it has been a great experience working with AeroSoft as a TEAM.All HR's have been very helpful throughout the training.The most important part is that i came across so many new ways of working which has definitely enhanced my skills and has given me a platform to work more efficiently and make myself ready for more responsibilities.All these became possible just because of the training provided by AeroSoft HR's to me.

As it was my first experience in Industry,there was nothing as such that i disliked.Everything was good,every responsibility,every task assigned to me was acceptable.

There is nothing that has to be improved.i did't came across any such situation and i am fully satisfied with the kind of training i received from my respectable Hr's.
